kx8 Terms and Conditions
This document sets out the legal terms that apply to the use of all services on the kx8 platform. Please read each section carefully before using the service.
Important: These terms and conditions were last revised in June 2025. Continuing to use the service after any revision means you have accepted the updated terms.
General Terms
kx8 is an online entertainment and sports betting platform that provides casino games, sports betting and live dealer services for Bangladeshi users. In this document, "kx8", "platform", "service" or "website" refers to all digital services provided by kx8.
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the kx8 platform and the user ("member"). Accessing the site, creating an account or using any service constitutes full acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using the service.
These terms are written in Bengali and are specifically designed for Bangladeshi users. All monetary amounts stated here are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
kx8 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform for any significant changes. Continued use of the service after any amendment means you have accepted the revised terms.
Account Registration
To become a member of kx8, each user must create an account. The following information must be provided accurately during registration:
- Full name (as per national ID card or passport)
- Date of birth
- Active mobile number
- Valid email address
- A strong password
Each person may operate only one account. Creating more than one account by the same person is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.
kx8 may at any time request copies of identity documents, bills or other records to verify the information provided during registration. If required documents are not submitted, account activity may be restricted.
If an account is opened with incorrect or false information, the account may be cancelled and any transactions or winnings in that account may be forfeited.
Age and Eligibility
All services on kx8 are for persons aged 21 or above only. Creating an account or using the service by anyone under this age is strictly prohibited.
Age must be stated accurately at the time of registration. kx8 may request a national ID card or other government-issued document as part of the age verification process. kx8 reserves the right to hold withdrawal processing until age verification is complete.
If a minor is found to have created or used an account, the account will be closed immediately and all balances will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
In addition, to use the service a member must be a permanent citizen or resident of Bangladesh and must have the legal capacity to conduct financial transactions in their own name.
Account Security
It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details — username and password — confidential. This information must not be shared with any other person.
You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity, inform the kx8 support team immediately. kx8 recommends using a strong password and changing it regularly.
Allowing any third party to use your account or placing bets on behalf of someone else is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account may be permanently closed.
OTP Verification
To ensure security, an OTP may be sent to your registered mobile number during certain sensitive actions — such as withdrawals or password changes. Never share this OTP with any kx8 representative.
Deposits and Withdrawals
The following methods may be used for transactions on kx8:

For bank transfers, major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank are supported. All withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
It is preferable for deposit and withdrawal methods to be the same — withdrawals should be made using the same method used for the deposit. This policy is strictly followed as part of fraud prevention.
kx8 reserves the right to hold large withdrawals until verification is complete. Additional information or documents may be requested for suspicious transactions.
Transaction Responsibility
The payment method linked to the account must be registered in the member's own name. Transactions from a third party's wallet or bank account are not permitted.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
kx8 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, which are set out in detail on the relevant promotion page. A summary of the main bonus terms is given below:
Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. Example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Before withdrawing the bonus, the full wagering requirement must be met: 10 times the bonus amount — meaning ৳1,000 in bonus requires ৳10,000 in wagers.
Weekly and Other Bonuses
- kx8 Weekly Reload Bonus: 30% of deposit, up to ৳10,000, wagering 15x, minimum deposit ৳200.
- kx8 Friday Deposit Reward: 50% of deposit, up to ৳15,000, wagering 18x.
- kx8 Sports Boost Bonus: 25% of deposit, up to ৳8,000, wagering 12x.
- kx8 Birthday Special Gift: Up to ৳2,000, wagering 10x.
- kx8 Refer a Friend Promotion: Up to ৳3,000, wagering 8x.
Attempting to withdraw before meeting the bonus terms may result in cancellation of the bonus. Irregular or coordinated betting activity carried out to exploit bonus offers will be subject to preventive measures.
Betting and Gaming Rules
All betting and gaming activity on kx8 is governed by the applicable rules. Each game may have set minimum and maximum bet limits, which are shown on the relevant game page.
Sports Betting
In sports betting, odds may change until a match begins. Once a bet is confirmed, the option to cancel it is limited. If a match is cancelled or rescheduled, bets will be settled according to kx8's standard rules.
Casino Games
All casino games — slots, live casino, fishing games and table games — are operated by third-party game provider software. The results of these games are determined by a random number generator (RNG).
If a game is left incomplete due to a technical fault or disconnection, kx8 will investigate and resolve the matter. Decisions in such situations will be made based on the best available information.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kx8 platform:
- Operating more than one account by the same person.
- Placing opposing bets strategically to exploit bonus offers.
- Accessing the service using hacking, scripts or automated software.
- Using another member's identity or attempting to access their account.
- Using the platform for money laundering or handling illegal funds.
- Attempting to gain an unfair advantage outside the rules of a game.
- Threatening or harassing kx8 staff.
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
If any of the above activities are detected, the account may be closed and the balance forfeited without prior notice. Where necessary, the relevant law enforcement authorities will be informed.
Account Suspension and Closure
kx8 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:
- Breach of terms and conditions.
- Failure to complete identity verification.
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
- Extended period of inactivity.
- The member's own request.
A member may also close their account at any time. In that case, any withdrawable balance in the account will be returned in instalments or as a lump sum, subject to applicable conditions.

If the issue is not resolved with the support team, it will be escalated for review at a higher level. kx8 takes all complaints seriously and tries to resolve them as quickly as possible.
